Happy Father's Day - Dad!
Angel and I can't express enough how much we treasure you and Mom. You are my hero and have become a hero to so many that I have witnessed in life. Thank you for being such a great Dad. You have given me so much wisdom and guidance through the years that now that I have kids & Grandkids - it makes me realize every day how much you have invested into all of us. We hope you have a great Father's Day and we look forward to seeing you again real soon! Love, - Rodney and Angel |
Dad,
You simply mean the world to me, and I will always be your little girl. In my eyes you will always be larger than life. Your warm smile greets me every time we meet. Those long arms open wide eager to welcome me with a big warm hug or comfort me when I need it - You have and always will be my safe place. Your big hands are always there to guide and assist me at a moment's notice - I could do anything with you beside me. Your big heart is always overflowing with love, not just for me, mom or the boys, but for everyone you meet. Your example of what a loving husband is and how they should treat their wife and children was the standard I used when selecting who I would love, give my heart to and share the rest of my life with. Your spiritual leadership in our home was always genuine, leading by showing us how to love the Lord with all your heart and love others as yourself. I know you are not perfect, but the blessing of your life is that your faith in God was always at the center of your life governing your heart and actions. Sure you made mistakes, but you listened to His spirit and were never too proud to say I’m sorry, I was wrong or will you forgive me. Thanks dad for demonstrating and being a genuine Godly Man, Loving Husband to Mom, Loving Father to me and my brothers, and a good Friend and Neighbor to all. I am the daughter, woman, wife and mother I am today, because of the Man you decided to be - I Love you Dad! Happy Father’s Day! Love always, - Karen |

AND The NExt generation...
Happy Father's Day Grandpa!
Words can not express how much you have impacted my life! Growing up we always looked forward to being able to come see you and Grandma. I think one of my favorite memories would have to be the annual tours of the land. You always had done so much since we had last visited and sometimes we got to help out. Picking blueberries was definitely a delicious and messy task. Another memory I will always treasure is when you got to meet our previous Sophia. You and Grandma made the long trip to see us and that visit I will never forget. Thank you for always being there for all of us and helping out without a hesitation. We love you and hope you have a great Father's Day! Love, - Becca, Todd, Sophia and Little Man |
Papaw,
Words cannot express my gratitude for having you as my grandfather. Your wisdom, kind words, encouragement, and big “bear hugs” are second to none. Thank you for always leading this family from the front, always welcoming us in, and cooking some of the best turkey and ham every thanksgiving. You are one in a million and I look forward to continuing our journey through life and making more memories together. I love you, papaw! - Lauren |
Grandpa,
I love you sooo much grandpa and it truly is a blessing to have you in my life. I know as I've gotten older I've let life get in the way from telling you how much I love you. But I do want you to know I love you sooo much and treasure any time I do get with you. You and grandma have been there through so many different seasons and I wouldn't be the woman I am today without your love and guidance in my life. I hope you have an amazing father's day and I cant wait for the next time I get to spend with you! Love, - Rachel |
My Favorite Grandpa,
I wanted to wish you a Happy Father’s Day, and just let you know how much you are appreciated. You have instilled so much wisdom in each and every one of us that will carry on forever. You are the True definition of a kind, loving, Real man and I can only hope to meet someone someday that is even half the man that you are. I just wanted to say thank you for raising such great children because the example you set for my dad has made him turn out to be the best dad I could ask for, and that is all because of you and grandma. I have always told myself I will never marry until I meet someone that can measure up to you and dad so I might remain single forever because I think that is near impossible. I will never forget my childhood and always looking forward to going to Franklin to visit y’all. As grandparents you both gave me the best childhood. I loved riding on that tractor (I think it was blue and white) sitting on your lap and steering I thought I was so cool, and riding dirt bikes and go carts and helping in the garden and everything. I’m writing this because I just wanted to say thank you Grandpa for just being You. Thank you for loving us all unconditionally, and I will always hold our conversations close to my heart. “ Your education is something no one can ever take from you” and “You should live your life like it is going to be published on the front page newspaper.” You have played such a big part in my nursing career and me holding on and never giving up, I would hear those words and you saying them and when it got rough they helped me push through.. I just wanted you to know that. I love you Grandpa. Thank you for being the best Grandpa a girl could ask for. Love Always, - Ashley Nicole Hatfield |
